Frequently asked questions
What's your cancellation policy?
Very simple, a £100 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.
Once you have paid the deposit , you have a 14 day cooling off period, if you cancel within this 14 day period you will get the deposit back, less a 10% admin charge.
i.e. £100 deposit paid, cancelled within 14 days, £90returned, 10% - £10 held.
Cancel at any other time and you will lose the entire deposit.
The £100 security deposit is also required for all bookings, and is refunded 100% in the event of cancellation.
Are you wheel-chair accessible?
Unfortunately not, as you will see from the pictures from the gate to the front door there is a flight of stairs.
Can I bring my dog?
No, as the gardens are communial we can not allow pets.
Are you small-children/infant friendly?
Well, our children stayed there without a problem, one is 6 years one is 18mths, however with the floors being wood/marble extra care is required. And obviously the child(ren) would require supervision in the communial gardens and pool.
How do I make a reservation?
Simple fill in the contact us showing the dates you would like, if you would like an airport transfer, and we will get back to you within a few days. Please note your booking is not confirmed until your deposit has been received and cleared.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept: Personal cheques (YOUR CARD NUMBER MUST BE ON REVERSE), bankers drafts, postal orders, we can accept Paypal however a 5% charge will be added.
