Rental Charges

How Much is it?
Rental for the villa is charged daily or weekly, if you want to stay for a weekend, then thats what you pay for. You also only pay for the villa, regardless of how many people stay. The villa can sleep up to eight people, so whether you want it for yourself, or the whole family, you pay the same price.

Your rental charge covers the Villa's rent, electricity, TV, Sky, etc.
The only additional Compulsory charge is a one off 50€ charge, shown below.

A £100 security deposit (refundable), and a £100 booking deposit (non-refundable) is required, details below.

All other items are optional.

AIRPORT TRANSFER
THIS IS ENTIRELY OPTIONAL
If you require an Airport transfer from Alicante or Murcia Airports this can be arranged, simply tell us your flight day, number, time and which airport, i.e. 23 Mar 09, Jet2 flight JK5054, arrives 1945hrs at Alicante. This information is passed to our (British)people in Spain.

With your permission we will give them your Mobile Phone Number, so they can contact you.

This service costs 25€ each way, payable to the driver at pick-up.

Please note, a taxi from the Airport to the Villa costs around 60€.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING AND MAINTAINANCE CHARGE
THIS IS A COMPUSULSORY CHARGE
A one off charge of 50€ is applied however long you stay. The 50€ must be left in the villa at the conclusion of your holiday.

Normal (daily) cleaning is the responsibility of the person in residence (you), the villa is fully equipt with bedding, and you are welcome to wash it, if its required, this will be done by our cleaners anyway.

If you wish to have the villa cleaned during your stay (staying over two weeks) this can be arranged, however will incur additional charges.

If you have young children and they have an 'accident' please ensure all bedding is cleaned.

Failure to leave 50€ in the villa will result in a forfit of 55€ of the Security Deposit.

SECURITY AND BOOKING DEPOSIT
A compulsory £200 must be paid to confirm your booking. £100 is a 'refundable' security deposit, this will on the conclusion of your holiday will be refunded, assuming there has been no damage to the property and/or its contents.

We will notify you within 14 dys of your departure from the villa if we have identified any damage.

Normal wear and tear is expected, however criminal or negligent damage will not be tolerated.

 

Booking Rules 

1.  You must email us telling us: Your name, email address, telephone number, and the dates you would like to book.

2.  We will contact you letting you know if the dates are available, and what it will cost.

3.  You MUST reply, giving your name, home address, email address, telephone number, to confirm your booking, and a £100 Booking and £100 Security deposit MUST be paid.

4.  Once the deposit has cleared we will confirm your booking, in writing, and by email.

5.  The balance MUST be paid in full, and payment cleared, prior to your departure (minimum two weeks prior).

6.  We will confirm payment, by email to you, and the keyholder in Spain.

7.  You have a great holiday.
